These have been leased out to various leading MNCs and well known industrial houses.
The Group also has plans to develop approximately 35 million sq.ft of residential and commercial spaces including luxurious residential townships, shopping malls multiplexes, hotels, hospitals etc in the next 6 years. It has recently acquired an area of 64 Acres for developing an integrated township in 12 million sq.ft of built up area in the NCR and the commencement of construction is expected shortly.
As per current projections for the next 5-7 years, this project is expected to generate revenues between Rs.8000 to 9000 Crores, which is approximately 1 Billion GBP (Great British Pound).
The project will be a modern and luxurious integrated township located 20 kms away from India Gate, offering an exclusive lifestyle and consisting of a Five Star Hotel, Super Speciality Hospital, School, Commercial Offices, Community Centre, Shopping Malls and Residential Towers with extra luxurious facilities.
